

The album would also see guest drums from Tommy Leeof Motley Crue. New to working with Zombie was Blasko who came on to play bass and Mike Riggs who played the guitar. Personnel for the album included John Tempesta on drums who had joined White Zombie as they released their final album Supersexy Swingin’ Sounds. The recording of the album came after White Zombie announced in 1998 that they were splitting as a band.

This is the first album with bassist Piggy D and the last with drummer Tommy Clufetos. It was released on February 2, 2010, through Roadrunner Records. The album is a sequel to his debut album Hellbilly Deluxe. Hellbilly Deluxe 2 (released with the subtitle Noble Jackals, Penny Dreadfuls and the Systematic Dehumanization of Cool) is the fourth solo studio album by former White Zombie frontman Rob Zombie.
